Frequently Asked Questions
How do I secure my booking?
A signed agreement and a non-refundable 50% retainer are required to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of the shoot.
How many edited photos are included?
Most portrait sessions include 10 professionally edited images. You'll receive a proof gallery where you can select your favorite images for final retouching and delivery.
Can I purchase additional edits?
Yes. Additional edited images may be purchased for $15 per image.
How will I receive my photos?
Final images are delivered through an online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photos.
How long does it take to receive my photos?
Turnaround times vary by project, but most portrait galleries are delivered within 7–10 business days after your image selections have been submitted.
What should I wear to my session?
We recommend wearing outfits that reflect your personality and align with the purpose of your shoot. After booking, you'll receive preparation tips to help you get the most out of your session.
Can I reschedule my session?
Rescheduling requests must be submitted in advance and are subject to availability. Weather-related reschedules will be accommodated when necessary.
Can I bring a guest?
Absolutely. Guests are welcome to attend for support, provided they do not interfere with the session.
Will my photos be used for marketing?
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, The Ambitious Group and Ambitious Media Co. reserve the right to use images from your session for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.
Can I request that my photos remain private?
Yes. Clients who prefer that their images not be used publicly should discuss this request prior to booking. Additional terms or fees may apply for exclusive privacy requests.
