How do I secure my booking?

A signed agreement and a non-refundable 50% retainer are required to reserve your session or project date. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of your scheduled session unless otherwise outlined in your agreement.

For corporate events, commercial productions, and select business engagements, full payment may be required in advance or invoiced according to the agreed-upon payment terms. These details will be clearly outlined in your proposal and service agreement prior to booking.

What types of branding sessions do you offer?

We provide photography services for personal brands, entrepreneurs, corporate headshots, marketing campaigns, real estate, commercial spaces, and corporate events. If you're unsure which service best fits your needs, we'll help you determine the right solution during your consultation.

How many edited photos are included?

Every branding project is unique. The number of final edited images is determined based on the scope of your project and will be outlined in your proposal before booking.

Can you photograph my team or business on location?

Absolutely. We offer both in-studio and on-location photography for offices, commercial spaces, retail locations, real estate, and other business environments.

How will I receive my photos?

Final images are delivered through a private online gallery where you can easily view, download, and share your high-resolution files.

How long does it take to receive my final images?

Delivery timelines vary depending on the size and scope of your project. An estimated turnaround time will be provided during the booking process.

Can my business use the photos for marketing?

Yes. Your final images are intended for use across your website, social media, email marketing, advertising, presentations, print collateral, and other promotional materials unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

Will AMG use my photos for marketing?

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, The Ambitious Group and Ambitious Media Co. reserve the right to use images from your session for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.

Can I request that my images remain private?

Certainly. If your project requires confidentiality or you prefer that your images not be shared publicly, please let us know before booking. Additional terms or licensing fees may apply for exclusive usage or confidentiality requests.

Do you travel for branding and commercial projects?

Yes. We regularly travel for branding sessions, corporate events, and commercial photography. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
