Frequently Asked Questions
How do I secure my booking?
A signed agreement and a non-refundable 50% retainer are required to reserve your session date and time. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of your session.
What is included in my family photography session?
Most family sessions include a professionally guided photography experience, an online proof gallery, and 10 professionally edited digital images. You'll be able to select your favorite photos for final editing.
How many family members are included?
Session pricing includes up to 5 immediate family members. Additional family members may be added for $75 per person.
Can I purchase additional edited images?
Absolutely! Additional professionally edited images are available for $15 per image.
How will I receive my photos?
Your final images will be delivered through a private online gallery where you can easily view, download, and share your photos.
How long does it take to receive my gallery?
Most family galleries are delivered within 7–14 business days after your image selections have been submitted.
What should we wear?
We recommend coordinating colors rather than matching exactly. Neutral tones and complementary color palettes photograph beautifully and help create timeless images. After booking, you'll receive a session guide with wardrobe recommendations and preparation tips.
What happens if we need to reschedule?
Rescheduling requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Sessions affected by severe weather will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Will our photos be used for marketing?
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, The Ambitious Group and Ambitious Media Co. reserve the right to use images from your session for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.
Can we request that our photos remain private?
Yes. If you prefer that your images not be shared publicly, please let us know before your session. Additional terms or fees may apply for exclusive privacy requests.
